Earlier today a message went out to District email distribution list members naming Dave Blehi as the new District Executive for Chesapeake District.

In the message David wrote "I want to first say how excited I am to work with each of you and how much I look forward to advancing the scouting movement in Eastern Baltimore County with each of you."
